G2 has an opening for an individual to provide Training and Courseware Development assistance to support the Transportation Training Development (TRANS-TD) Division of the CASCOM Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Training Development Directorate (TDD) at Fort Lee, VA.


The qualifying candidate will be tasked to develop training products identified by the CASCOM Training Development Directorate, TRANS-TD Division. The candidate will produce course content for both the design and development phases of the training development process and involves the creation of all course documentation (instructional materials, tests, student evaluation plan, etc.), Programs of Instruction, Course Management Plans, Course map, and courseware.


  • Review, revise, and develop training products in accordance with the training development process
  • Review, revise and develop Individual Analysis Reports
  • Review, revise and develop Course Management Plans
  • Responding to official tasks from Government clients
  • Utilize the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation, and Life-Cycle Maintenance (ADDIE-M) process
  • Maintain and update the Training Development capability database.



  • US Citizenship
  • MOS 881A Army Marine Engineer Warrant Officer
  • Be able to successfully pass background check
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tool suite

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in training and courseware design. 
  • Prior experience with the Training Development Directorate.
  • Familiarity with on-going industry research and related literature in technical fields. 
  • Ability to prepare and present technical and operational information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in both the quantitative and qualitative arenas, including independent data analysis.
  • Possessing excellent written and oral communications skills.
