Overview

G2 Global Solutions is seeking a Technical Integrator to provide program management support to the Standards and Assessment Division in the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) Assessments Directorate (ASD).

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The Technical Integrator Program Analyst shall support the Standards and Assessments Division in performing lessons learned integration, standards documentation development and integration, documentation audits, information analysis, and technical report writing. Major responsibilities include the following:

  • Support and coordinate development of relevant standards under the DNDO Standards program, to include participation in the definition of ANSI N42 radiological standards and DNDO Technical Capability Standards.
  • Support and perform root cause analysis for various DNDO programs to identify recommendations for future improvements.
  • Integrate emerging standards into conformity test programs.
  • Create and maintain files, records, and spreadsheets tracking lessons learned and identifying mitigating actions.
  • Support the development of a DNDO Issue Management System and Lessons Learned Library.
  • Perform detailed information gathering and analysis.
  • Prepare and present briefs and presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physical science, engineering, or related area. Masters’ and/or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in positions involving product integration, root cause analysis, information analysis, after action review meeting facilitation, and technical report writing.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must possess a SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain a TOP SECRET.
  • Must have the ability to obtain DHS suitability.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of standards.
  • Strong working knowledge of statistics and metrics.
  • Experience with conducting detailed root cause analyses and developing corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in technical writing and communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

Desired knowledge/experience includes:

  • Knowledge of or experience in executing programs in the Federal Government.
  • Knowledge of or experience in radiation detection technology is a plus.
  • Interagency experience.
  • PMP certification a plus
